TAG Mobi 11.3
Staging Release: July 2nd 2025
Production Release: July 16th 2025
New Features
Skill Codes
You can now create and modify Skill Codes from TAG Mobi. You can now assign skills on technicians and work orders to identify the specific expertise needed for tasks. They help assign the right technicians to work orders based on qualifications. Used for planning, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. Enable better resource allocation and reduce equipment downtime. Also support reporting and decision-making on workforce needs.
Active Clock In Page
A new page in TAG Mobi to have a summary view of active clock ins of technicians on Work Orders. Supervisors can monitor who is currently working and on which task. Improves labor tracking, compliance, and operational transparency.
Assign dashboard configuration to other users
Dashboards layout configurations can now be saved and assigned to other users. Admins or supervisors can assign these saved layouts to other users or teams. It ensures consistency in how key metrics and tasks are displayed across roles. Speeds up onboarding by providing pre-set dashboards tailored to job functions. Enhances efficiency and visibility by standardizing important data views.
Maintenance Plans Filters
TAG Mobi now supports the Maintenance Plans generating Work Orders based on filters, instead of single asset based Maintenance Plans. This streamlines the setup process by automatically applying the plan to all assets that match the defined criteria. It reduces manual work and ensures newly added assets meeting the filter conditions are automatically included. Maintenance teams benefit from greater consistency and reduced risk of missing assets in planning. Overall, it improves scalability, flexibility, and accuracy in preventive maintenance scheduling.
Health & Safety Permits Improvements
Permit to Work - Safety Locks
The new Safety Locks feature allows technicians to apply individual physical or digital locks to equipment during maintenance or hazardous work. This ensures the equipment remains de-energized and secure, preventing accidental startup. Each lock is uniquely assigned to a worker, ensuring only that person can remove it. It enhances personal accountability and compliance with lockout/tagout procedures. The feature integrates with permits to track lock status and ensure safety protocols are fully followed before work begins.
Permit to Work - Group Lock Boxes
Group Lock Boxes allow multiple workers or teams to secure their personal safety locks in a shared lockbox when working on the same equipment. The equipment is locked out using a single isolation point, with each individual placing their key inside the box. The box is then locked by each person using their own lock, ensuring no one can restore power until all team members have removed their locks. This streamlines group lockout procedures while maintaining individual safety responsibility. It improves efficiency for large or complex jobs and ensures compliance with group safety protocols.
Printout Optimization
The printout reports for permits to work have been optimized for clarity, layout, and usability. Key safety information, approvals, and task details are now more prominently displayed and easier to read. The reports are formatted to reduce paper usage while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This enhancement improves field usability, audit readiness, and overall communication during high-risk work.
